A violent encounter at a San Antonio vape shop left one man critically wounded after a store employee reportedly opened fire during an attempted armed robbery late yesterday night. According to FOX San Antonio, the incident occurred around 11:10 p.m. at the Pal Vape Dispensary near Bandera Road and West Quill Drive.
Police who responded to the scene said a masked suspect allegedly entered the smoke shop and pulled out a firearm on the employee while demanding property, following the suspect was shot multiple times by the employee who also was armed. The wounded suspect was rushed to a nearby hospital where he remains in critical condition the store clerk was not injured during the episode. Investigators have not yet determined if the employee will be charged in the shooting, no other injuries were reported at the scene.
