Thousand Oaks was the scene of a chilling crime, where 45-year-old Nathan Christian Toft has been taken into custody on multiple charges, including domestic violence, criminal threats, kidnapping, false imprisonment, torture, and sexual assault, as reported by a Ventura County Sheriff's Office media release. On the evening of October 7th, Ventura County Sheriff's deputies responded to a call from a distressed female victim claiming she was beaten and sexually assaulted on Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
