Five individuals, including a teenager, have been charged in connection with a series of gunpoint robberies in the Bronx. The defendants, identified as members of the Trinitarios set BB7, are accused of committing thefts totaling nearly $100,000 in valuables over a two-week period, according to the Bronx District Attorney's office.

Bronx DA Darcel D. Clark stated that the group, which included a juvenile, allegedly targeted individuals throughout the Bronx, using weapons during the incidents. The victims, ranging from an elderly man on his stoop to a business owner on a moped, were reportedly robbed of jewelry while the suspects, who remained masked, threatened them at gunpoint.

Manuel Rivas, Wilfren Carbuccia, Anthony Perez, John Doe, a 16-year-old, and a fifth unidentified suspect have been indicted on charges of first-, second-, and third-degree robbery, third- and fourth-degree grand larceny, and fourth-degree conspiracy. Rivas also faces weapon-related charges. In a separate incident, the 16-year-old was charged with another robbery in which a man was allegedly held at gunpoint for his watch and gold chain at a Bronx party on September 27.

The Bronx DA’s office stated that Bronx DA Darcel D. Clark emphasized the ongoing pursuit of justice and the provision of support for those affected, saying, "We are fortunate that no one was shot, but these victims' lives were threatened, and some are forever traumatized. No one should have to live that way." Clark added that crime victim advocates are available to assist victims with recovery.

DA Darcel D. Clark said the investigation included the Bronx and Manhattan Robbery Squads, local precincts, the Shooting Enhancement Team, and the FBI/NYPD Westchester Safe Streets Taskforce. The task force reportedly monitored the group at Bronx motels both before and after the alleged robberies.

The indictments address the alleged crimes and the corresponding law enforcement response. Bail for the youngest defendant was set at $100,000 cash.
