Following the turnout of more than 174,000 voters in the 2025 Coordinated Election, Arapahoe County is reaching out for public opinions on the process. In a move to continuously refine their electoral system, the Arapahoe County Elections Division has put out a call for voters, and even those who didn't vote, to provide feedback through an anonymous survey. The goal is to gather data that can inform improvements in election methodologies and voter engagement strategies.
The survey, which has been opened up by the county officials, aims not only to gauge the success of the past election but also to troubleshoot and better understand the barriers that may prevent citizens from voting. "We're proud of the voters in Arapahoe County, and we're proud of the work we put into managing safe, secure elections, but we are always looking to improve the process and get more voters into the game," Clerk and Recorder Joan Lopez told Arapahoe County. It's an opportunity for the county to potentially fine-tune its approach to ensure that all eligible voters have the chance to easily participate in future elections.
According to Arapahoe County, this survey is part of a larger effort to enhance the election process. The county is committed to leveraging the feedback of its residents to better allocate resources, refine public outreach, and fundamentally ensure each citizen's right to vote is accessible and unhindered.
