San Antonio’s crowded wing scene now includes a Canadian twist. 6ixty Wings opened its first U.S. restaurant in Rogers Ranch in January and plans a second location next summer, emerging as a rising player in the local wing market.
CultureMap San Antonio reports that a second 6ixty Wings location is planned at 12030 Culebra Rd, with interior work expected to finish by June 2026. The chain did not immediately provide an official opening date.
What The Menu Looks Like
True to its name, 6ixty Wings offers 60 flavors, from classics like lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan to global options like tandoori and novelty flavors such as dill pickle. The menu also includes non-wing items, including a double-patty burger, quesadillas, wraps, and a popcorn shrimp salad. The concept launched in Ontario in 2021 and has been expanding rapidly, Franchise Canada reports.
Prices And Value
Prices at the San Antonio location are moderate. One pound of wings (single flavor) costs about $15.99, most appetizers and sides range from $8–$12, and cheesecake is $4.99, CultureMap San Antonio reports. This makes 6ixty Wings an affordable option for takeout, watch parties, and group orders.
Expansion Plans And Timeline
The chain’s ambitions stretch far beyond North Texas and the I-10 corridor. The company’s locations page currently has Dallas and Houston tagged as “coming soon” and lists international openings in Dubai and London for 2026, with Sydney and New Delhi targeted for 2027, signaling an aggressive global buildout.
In San Antonio, the Rogers Ranch restaurant remains the local flagship while the planned Culebra Creek Plaza address would shift the brand closer to the Alamo Ranch/Alamo Parkway corridor if the projected schedule holds, according to filings and public listings on the 6ixty Wings' locations page.
Where It Fits In San Antonio
The brand drew attention when the Express-News reported its planned U.S. launch in August 2024. The Rogers Ranch location officially opened on Jan. 19, 2025, Community Impact reports, offering San Antonio diners all 60 wing flavors.
Whether locals try the new sauces or stick to classic flavors remains to be seen. 6ixty Wings’ quick follow-up filing shows San Antonio is prime territory for fast-growing franchises. The takeaway: a new wing contender has arrived, offering flavors for nearly every taste.
