Dearborn, Michigan, is hosting two festive holiday events this December, organized by the city’s downtown development authorities. The Downtown Dearborn Ice Sculpture Walk on Friday at Peace Park East will feature live ice carvings, free access to the Arab American National Museum, hot drinks, and family-friendly activities from 4-7 p.m., according to the City of Dearborn.

The West Dearborn Downtown Development Authority will hold the Jingle Bell Bash on December 13 from 2-6 p.m. at Peace Park West, offering Santa visits, face painting, balloon art, and holiday crafts. Last year, over 1,500 attendees enjoyed the event, and this year’s celebration promises similar festive fun for all ages, as reported by the City of Dearborn.

"This year’s inaugural Downtown Dearborn Ice Sculpture Walk brings a new winter tradition to our community, featuring intricately carved sculptures throughout our walkable downtown," Mayor Abdullah H. Hammoud said. "We’re also excited to welcome back the annual, family-friendly Jingle Bell Bash." The Jingle Bell Bash is supported by local businesses including Bayt Al Mocha, Mati’s Deli, KW Legacy Keller Williams, and Dearborn Balloon Decor.
