The dry conditions characteristic of Colorado's climate will persist, with humidity recorded at a low 16%. However, those venturing out in the early morning or later at night might want to bundle up, as the wind chill is expected to drop to around 36°F. A mostly clear night will accompany south-southwest winds 5 to 7 mph, with tonight's low expected to be around 39 degrees.
For those planning their week, Tuesday will also be mostly sunny with a high near 64. The breeze, however, may pick up, as winds could gust as high as 17 mph. And if you're looking toward Wednesday, the NWS forecasts a sunny day with a high near 66, but it's going to be breezy; south-southwest winds will be 8 to 18 mph, with gusts as strong as 38 mph. Wednesday night holds a 30 percent chance of rain before 11 pm.
Looking toward the latter part of the week, Denverites can expect mostly sunny days ahead. "Mostly sunny, with a high near 52," the NWS predicts for Thursday. There's a slight shift in the temperature forecasted for Thursday night, as it's predicted to drop to a low of around 39. The NWS bulletin continues to assure those eager to plan outdoor activities, with Friday and Saturday slated to be partly to mostly sunny, with highs near 68 and 64, respectively.
