In a social media post, the Houston Police Department said the Narcotics Division, Squad 9, worked with the Operational Support Division and the North Division to execute the warrant at the Europa address. Both Hood men were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, according to the Houston Police. The post did not include booking records or any bond information.
Where the raid took place
The 4200 block of Europa St. is in the Independence Heights area of north Houston and appears in the city’s public incident listings. Newsroom posts from the City of Houston reference the 4200 block of Europa St., confirming the location in city records.
What police say they found
Investigators reported a lengthy inventory of seized items that they say points to distribution rather than personal use. The list included 59,050 grams of promethazine, 6,612.7 grams of marijuana, 5,100 grams of THC wax, 1,428 grams of meth in pill form, 431 grams of meth in ice form, 911 grams of powder cocaine, 800 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, 363 grams of Xanax and 263 grams of oxycodone, plus another 14 grams noted separately.

How the operation unfolded
Houston police described the bust as the result of an investigation that led to a judge-authorized search warrant served by narcotics and support units. The department did not say how long the probe had been underway or whether detectives are currently looking for any additional suspects.
Charges and next steps
Both Stephen and Kethon Hood were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and remain in custody pending further review. The department’s social media post did not list formal charge filings or court dates. Prosecutors in Harris County are expected to review the case file and decide whether to move forward with felony charges based on the evidence provided by investigators.
