The Jacksonville Beach Police Department has expanded its team, welcoming two new officers along with several civilian staff members. The department recently held a swearing-in ceremony for its newest law enforcement and support personnel.

The newest additions to the Jacksonville Beach Police Department are Officers Cody Ingle and Belal Saadeh. Ingle, who grew up familiar with the department through his father’s 30-year career there, previously worked in the restaurant, painting, and automotive industries. Saadeh comes from a background in retail management and customer service and has spent three years as a Public Safety Assistant. The oath of office was administered by local business owner Mike Cinott.

On the civilian side, Jessica Tipton, Andrew Reimsnyder, and Samantha Riddick have joined the Jacksonville Beach Police Department to support the communications and records division. Tipton brings experience as a 911 Communications Officer from Tybee Island, Georgia. Reimsnyder transitions from the logistics field to assist in citizen support, and Riddick joins as a Records Specialist, drawing on more than 20 years of customer service experience and recommendations from previous supervisors.

The Jacksonville Beach Police Department shared statements on a social media post highlighting the anticipated contributions of Tipton, Reimsnyder, and Riddick. About Tipton, the department noted, “Jessica brings the qualities we value most—calm, professional, and positive. We’re fortunate to have her.” Regarding Reimsnyder, they stated, “Take it one step at a time; we’re proud to have you with us.” For Riddick, the department expressed that she is expected to make “her family—and our department—proud.”
