A San Antonio man is now facing a capital murder charge in connection with a 2024 Northwest Side party shooting that left two men dead, after a warrant that had been hanging over the case for months finally led to his arrest. Authorities booked 40-year-old William David Eusebio-Bigott into the Bexar County Adult Detention Center, saying a dispute at an apartment complex in the 5000 block of Glen Ridge Drive on August 11, 2024, spiraled into deadly gunfire. The arrest marks the first major charging development in the case.
Affidavit Lays Out the Shooting
An arrest affidavit reviewed by KSAT says the shooting unfolded just after 6 p.m. on August 11, 2024, during a party at an apartment complex in the 5000 block of Glen Ridge Drive. According to the document, two men, 26-year-old Daniel Alejandro Rojas Flores and 27-year-old Jonalkel Martinez Naria, were later pronounced dead.
The affidavit alleges that Flores and Naria got into an argument with a neighbor that turned physical, then spilled outside. Once the confrontation moved outdoors, shots were fired and residents called 911, the filing states.
Witnesses and Surveillance
The affidavit says multiple witnesses described the shooter as a man wearing a white T-shirt and a white hat, and investigators noted that Eusebio-Bigott was the only person at the scene who matched that clothing description, KSAT reports.
Surveillance video from the complex allegedly shows Eusebio-Bigott and several roommates running into an apartment immediately after the shots, according to the affidavit. One witness told detectives they heard Naria "beg" for his life, the document states.
Residents performed first aid while waiting for EMS, but both victims were rushed to hospitals and later pronounced dead.
Warrant, Arrest and Bond
Bexar County court records show a warrant for Eusebio-Bigott's arrest was issued in September 2024 and that he was arrested out of state in September 2025. After a magistrate appearance this month, a judge set bond at $500,000 on December 21, 2025.
The county's online case search is the official repository for dockets and filings in Bexar County. Eusebio-Bigott remains in custody as prosecutors prepare formal charges.
Legal Stakes
Under Texas law, killing more than one person during the same criminal transaction can be charged as capital murder, a capital felony that allows prosecutors to seek the death penalty or life without parole, as outlined in the Texas Penal Code.
Prosecutors must prove both the killings and the aggravating circumstances that elevate a murder to a capital offense. If convicted of a capital count, the defendant faces the state's most severe penalties. Defense and prosecuting attorneys are expected to sort through evidence from witness statements and surveillance as the case moves toward arraignment and pretrial proceedings.
What Is Next for the Case
County dockets will determine dates for arraignment and pretrial hearings, but court officials have not yet posted a full schedule publicly. KSAT and local records are continuing to seek additional documents and comment from prosecutors and any defense representatives as the case proceeds.
