Nina Paletta and Meghan Shaw, the creators behind the venture, have cultivated a fan base in Detroit since 2018, and the pair appears to have come full circle, returning to the Corktown neighborhood where they first began hosting pop-ups. Alongside the usual menu, Street Beet’s new locale will feature nonalcoholic drinks, house-made desserts, and foster a touch of nostalgia with an assortment of vintage arcade games installed by Offworld Arcade, as detailed by The Detroit News. The official opening includes a four-day weekend celebration and service that echoes the community and commitment Street Beet has shown since its inception.
