Bojangles is doubling down on Las Vegas, rolling out its fourth Valley restaurant and lining up a Strip location that will bring the brand its first full bar and live entertainment. The expansion is part of a 20-unit push led by local operator LV Petroleum, which has been planting yellow-and-red flags across the Valley since the chain’s Vegas debut last year. That means more chances for locals and tourists alike to grab fried chicken, scratch-made buttermilk biscuits and the chain’s self-described Legendary Iced Tea.
Strip Outpost Will Offer A Full Bar And Live Music
The planned location at the LINQ is set to be a very different kind of Bojangles, with a full bar and live entertainment touted as firsts for the brand, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. The concept is clearly built with the Strip’s late-night tempo in mind while still hanging on to the chain’s comfort-food core. If it opens as described, the LINQ spot will mark a noticeable shift from Bojangles’ usual quick-service playbook.
Fourth Store Opened Near East Harmon
The fourth Valley restaurant quietly came online in early January at 4503 Paradise Road, Suite 350, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner for dine-in or takeout, LV Petroleum said in a press release via GlobeNewswire. The Paradise and Harmon shop began welcoming customers on Jan. 21 and joins earlier openings on South Rainbow Boulevard, South Decatur Boulevard and in Henderson. LV Petroleum has described the string of launches as part of a planned 20-store buildout across the Las Vegas market.
Part Of A Wider Westward Push
Bojangles’ Vegas play is one piece of a broader western expansion that has the Charlotte-based chain signing multi-unit development agreements to open dozens of locations beyond its traditional Southeast footprint, according to BusinessWire. Those multi-unit deals, including a separate agreement for the Phoenix market, are being handled locally by LVP Restaurant Group, an LV Petroleum entity, and are intended to seed the brand across the Southwest. That strategy helps explain how quickly Bojangles locations have been popping up around the Valley.
What To Expect On The Menu
Menus at the new restaurants stick to the familiar Bojangles lineup: hand-breaded chicken, Cajun filets, made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuits and the chain’s signature sweet iced tea, according to the company’s local listings. Many of the new spots are set up for dine-in meals as well as takeout, with digital ordering available through Bojangles’ own channels. Local location pages show the original Las Vegas shop on Rainbow Boulevard in operation alongside the newer Paradise Road and Decatur restaurants.
Timeline And What’s Next
LV Petroleum says it has 20 Bojangles locations under contract for the Las Vegas area and expects the buildout to continue over the coming years, with local coverage tracking each opening since the brand’s January 2025 debut in the market, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. The company and its development partners are expected to keep targeting neighborhood hubs and busy travel corridors as permits, construction and staffing line up. For now, the Paradise Road restaurant is already serving and the LINQ outpost, with its planned full bar and live acts, is the one many will be watching for as buildout continues.
