The city's notification came with important logistical information for those planning to either attend or avoid the procession. Restrictions will begin as early as 6 a.m., affecting the flow of traffic on Fourth Street from Las Vegas Boulevard to Stewart Avenue, and impacting all cross streets along the parade's path. These adjustments are necessary to safely accommodate the anticipated crowds and the bustling activity of the parade itself.
Nevertheless, the City of Las Vegas ensures that normalcy is to confidently be restored by 4 p.m. the same day, advising people to "Plan ahead, allow extra travel time and consider alternate routes if you’ll be traveling through the area."
