With plans to sprawl over 17-acres of rugged terrain, the park is set to feature a variety of courses and trails to accommodate everyone from kids on training wheels to seasoned cyclists looking to brush up their stunt skills. Clark County Nevada's post promises "multi-level skills courses, a dedicated pump track, specialized obstacles, rugged dirt trails," and to top it off, a "12-foot-wide paved main trail" for those just starting to seriously explore this exhilarating sport or for those requiring a more accessible route.
The vision for Desert Flow extends well beyond the tracks. The site will also become a focal point for the local community, boasting amenities designed to turn it into a destination where people can hang out and enjoy the scene. Envision an entry plaza, convenient lighting for those late evening rides, restrooms, shade structures for those blistering Nevada afternoons, gathering spaces, and a new 50-space parking lot to tackle the expected influx of bike enthusiasts and onlookers alike.
