
A hunting excursion in Wyncote, Pennsylvania took an alarming turn when a 48-year-old man was struck by an arrow fired by another hunter. The incident, which happened just before 4 p.m. on the 7700 block of Green Valley Road, led to the injury of the unidentified man who was subsequently rushed to a nearby trauma center with expectations of recovery, as reported by CBS News Philadelphia.
Local authorities, including the Cheltenham Township Police Department, were joined by fire and EMS units in responding to the distress call. The hunter responsible for the shot remained at the scene, reaching out to emergency services, and is said to be cooperating with the investigation.
