A Queens man faces serious charges after threatening to commit violence against Jewish and Israeli citizens, as well as New York City police and federal agents. Nathan White, 54, of Rosedale, has been indicted for making a series of alarming online posts that touted hate-driven threats.

Arrested on November 10, 2025, following his threatening social media antics, White was arraigned on charges which include making a terroristic threat as a hate crime—a crime that, if convicted, could have him to serve up to 15 years in prison. Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz emphasized the weight of words when fueled by hate, citing the rise in antisemitic rhetoric and its escalation into violence. According to the announcement by the Queens District Attorney's Office, "words of hate often escalate into real-world violence."

The content of White's messages, which have since been taken down, included threats of murder against individuals based on their Jewish and Israeli heritage, and law enforcement. Statements such as "I BEAT THE SH??!! Out of an Israeli on the NYC subway, how REAL is THAT, HUH???" and “If I RUN into ANOTHER Israeli in NYC ALONE in the DARK, YOU ARE DEAD MF!!! FACTS!!!” exemplify the severity of his online conduct. Queens Supreme Court Justice Toni Cimino has ordered White to return to court on February 19, as per the Queens District Attorney's Office.

Conducted by Detective Anthony Rubilotta of the NYPD’s Intelligence Division, the investigation into White's actions underlines the concerted efforts of law enforcement to address and thwart hate crimes. The collaboration also involved assistance from the Community Security Initiative by the UJA Federation and JCRC-NY. Assistant District Attorney Michael Brovner, who is keenly proceeding with the case, is working under the supervision of Executive Assistant District Attorney for Major Crimes Shawn Clark.
