The novel, set in the fictional Flint Creek, NC, draws inspiration from actual locations in Greensboro and Kernersville, NC.
Within the pages of "It Dies With You," the protagonist Hudson Miller finds himself entangled in a dangerous mystery following the murder of his estranged father and an inheritance that comes with its own secrets. Readers will have the chance to visit locales like AL Lows Boxing Club, Scuppernong Books, and Prissy Polly's BBQ, which all serve as important backdrops in the book's narrative. Participants will be responsible for securing their own lunch at Captain Tom's Seafood.
The tour is scheduled for March 3, departing from the Anne Gordon Active Adult Center located at 1901 Spring Forest Road, Raleigh, NC 27615.
