Las Vegas-born singer Franky Perez will start a weekly residency at Ivan Kane’s Forty Deuce in Mandalay Bay on February 18, performing on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 8 p.m. His 75-minute show promises a high-energy, genre-blending set designed for dancing and singalongs.
As reported by the Las Vegas Review-Journal, the residency officially bows on February 18 with an 8 p.m. curtain, then settles into that Wednesday and Thursday night slot. The paper notes the show runs about 75 minutes, tight enough to keep the energy up without cutting the party short.
The All Nighters will be a full-band operation led by guitarist Christian Brady and fleshed out with horns, Cuban percussion, backup singers and Las Vegas showgirls and dancers, according to Franky Perez and the All Nighters. The idea is to turn Perez’s blend of deep funk, soul, rock and Latin rhythms into a full-on nightclub production. The performance style tracks closely with the shows he has been playing at Red Rock Resort’s Rocks Lounge, as noted by Vegas411.
Perez told the Las Vegas Review-Journal, “Dancing encouraged. Singing expected. Leaving early not recommended.” He also said he hopes the residency helps reconnect locals with the Strip and that he is working with sponsors like Wild Turkey Bourbon to keep the shows affordable, according to Vegas24Seven.
Forty Deuce’s Return To The Strip
Ivan Kane’s Forty Deuce reopened on New Year’s Eve at the base of the escalators leading to Mandalay Place, and Mandalay Bay has placed the club at the center of a renewed nightlife push on the property. Mandalay Bay lists Forty Deuce among its nightlife options and describes the room as an AV-centric, intimate live venue. The reboot pairs classic burlesque pageantry with modern production values that line up neatly with Perez’s frontman theatrics.
New Music, Surprise Guests And A Hometown Pitch
Perez is tying the residency to fresh material. His single “Leche for the Bebé” appears on the forthcoming bilingual album DÁMELO, due in spring 2026, according to a press release from SRO PR. The band notes the residency will feature guest appearances and a rotating setlist that folds originals in with crowd-pleasing covers.
Tickets And How To Go
Tickets are available through the venue and Perez’s official channels, with general admission starting at $30 and VIP at $45, per the artist’s ticket page. For a limited time, Nevada residents with valid ID can get no cover and three hours of complimentary parking, and doors are typically scheduled to open about an hour before the 8 p.m. curtain, with the artist’s site carrying current dates and availability.
For Vegas fans the residency is pitched as a hometown-rightsized alternative to the larger corporate productions, a musician-forward 75-minute show with a bit of Strip razzle-dazzle in the mix. Expect surprise guests and a shifting set that digs into Perez’s wide-ranging catalog along with covers built to keep the room on its feet.
