A Holiday neighborhood saw a flurry of squad cars on today as Pasco County deputies executed a search warrant on Lullaby Drive and arrested five adults suspected of running a drug house, according to sheriff's officials. Deputies say the operation turned up multiple kinds of illegal narcotics, and several of those arrested now face trafficking and related charges.
In today's post, the Pasco Sheriff's Office said investigators served a warrant at a Holiday residence and arrested five adults on "numerous charges, including trafficking in cocaine, trafficking in oxycodone and maintaining a nuisance drug house," and that deputies seized cocaine, methamphetamine and oxycodone, according to the Pasco Sheriff's Office on Facebook. "The Pasco Sheriff's Office has zero tolerance for those who would do harm in our community, especially those who seek to profit from those suffering with substance abuse and addiction," the agency wrote.
Holiday Bust Fits a Pattern
The Lullaby Drive sweep is the latest in a series of Pasco County operations aimed at neighborhood dealers. Just days earlier, last Tuesday, deputies served another warrant in Holiday and reported recovering roughly 255.8 grams of suspected fentanyl in a case that resulted in two arrests.
State and Federal Investigations
State and federal agencies have been increasingly zeroing in on trafficking in the region. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement worked with Pasco detectives on a September 2025 probe that led to six arrests and recovered more than 2.7 pounds of fentanyl, according to an FDLE release. Some of the larger local seizures have later landed in federal court in the Middle District of Florida.
Legal Implications
Under Florida law, trafficking counts can carry steep prison time. Chapter 893.135 of the Florida Statutes sets mandatory minimum sentences tied to the type and quantity of drugs involved, so what the defendants ultimately face will depend on the amounts deputies say they recovered, according to Florida Statutes (ch. 893.135).
The Pasco Sheriff's Office has asked anyone with information about suspected drug activity to submit tips through its online portal or by calling the department's non-emergency line, per the Pasco Sheriff's Office tip portal. Authorities say the investigation is ongoing, and that charging decisions will be handled by the State Attorney's Office as the case moves forward.
