College Park’s favorite pop-up coffee crew is about to become a lot harder to miss. Zayn & Co., the Palestinian-owned coffee and street-food operation that has been setting up shop outside Digress Wine, is locking in a permanent booth on the wine bar’s back patio in early March. The move effectively turns their sporadic appearances into a near-daily neighborhood fixture, while keeping their full-size food truck available for private events.
Booth, Schedule And What’s On The Menu
Co-owner Jordan Badran, who runs Zayn & Co. with his wife, Stephanie, and cousin, Rani Khoury, said the booth will let the team trade pop-up unpredictability for a steadier presence. Instead of a three-day-a-week schedule, they expect to serve five or six days weekly.
The booth is set up as an extension of Zayn & Co.’s existing coffee and culinary program, with a menu that leans into fresh-baked Palestinian and Levantine favorites. Guests can expect za’atar focaccia, spiced meat sfiha focaccia, spinach pies, cookies, and rotating daily specials. The team is also planning a Friday falafel special based on a family recipe, along with larger traditional Palestinian dishes as event specials, according to Orlando Weekly.
Digress Wine’s Patio, Regulars And Food Partner Game
Digress Wine has already served as home base for Zayn & Co.’s truck for several months, a partnership first highlighted by Bungalower. The wine shop, located at 1215 Edgewater Drive in College Park, offers indoor and outdoor seating along with a small cellar space available for private bookings.
Bringing in a fixed booth for Zayn & Co. fits neatly with Digress Wine’s pattern of rotating food partners and a busy event calendar, according to Digress Wine. For regulars, it means the back patio will be pulling double duty: glasses of wine up front, Palestinian coffee and snacks in the back on most days of the week.
Mashawi, Mini Zayn And The Street-Food Spread
The booth is only part of the expansion. Mashawi, the group’s new food truck, is slated to roll into the Digress parking lot next month for a weekly residency while also making appearances around town, the owners told Orlando Weekly.
Mashawi’s lineup is described as Palestinian-American street food, with shawarma, falafel, and smashburgers “with a twist” on the menu. Even as it parks regularly at Digress, the full food truck will remain available for private bookings and larger events.
On the coffee side, the team is prepping Mini Zayn, a compact Japanese van that has been converted into a mobile coffee bar. The tiny rig will give them flexibility for smaller pop-ups and activations where a full truck would be overkill.
Why It Matters For College Park’s Food Scene
The permanent booth effectively cements Zayn & Co.’s place in College Park and adds another distinct voice to a small but growing lineup of immigrant-led concepts shaping Orlando’s morning and late-night eating habits. Locals and food writers have already been paying attention. Bungalower previously spotlighted the truck’s early buzz and its Pistashi-OH! latte when it debuted last fall.
For the owners, the project is framed as more than just another food stall. It is a way of bringing Palestinian flavors and hospitality to a wider audience, with coffee, baked goods, and street food acting as the entry point.
When To Go And How To Keep Up
The team behind Zayn & Co. plans to share its regular booth hours and any Mashawi residency dates on its social media channels. For its part, Digress Wine’s website lists operating hours and contact information for private bookings.
Anyone planning a visit or an event should check Zayn & Co. or Digress Wine online for the latest schedule and booking details, and reach out directly to Digress for cellar or private-event inquiries via Digress Wine.
