Suffolk County District Attorney Raymond A. Tierney disclosed the indictment of Kemuel St. Juste, 26, of Wheatley Heights for allegedly raping two 14-year-old girls he met through Snapchat, as reported by the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office. St. Juste is poised to face charges including three counts of Rape in the Second Degree and one count of Attempted Rape in the Second Degree, amongst other crimes related to child endangerment.
According to details from the investigation, the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office reported that St. Juste's first contact with one of the victims started in December 2024 using the handle "k3mnyy," leading to a meeting at a local TJ Maxx and further disturbing encounters including sexual intercourse, even attempting to engage in sexual acts after being asked to provide a pregnancy test which led the child to confide in her mother when she feared pregnancy.
The second victim, approached by St. Juste at Smiths Point Beach in June 2025, added him on Snapchat, only to be later driven to a Port Jefferson parking lot where he allegedly raped her. St. Juste was aware that the victim was a high school sophomore at the time of the incident. It wasn't until January 2026 that the second victim reported the incident to the police, linking "k3mnyy" to the previously reported case involving the first victim.
During St. Juste's arraignment on February 13, 2026, Acting Supreme Court Justice Karen M. Wilutis set a bail with the options of $750,000 cash, $3 million bond, or $7,500,000 partially secured bond, "Today, we are announcing the indictment of a defendant who allegedly used Snapchat to target and exploit underage girls in our community," District Attorney Tierney detailed the pattern of manipulation and assured the dedication of his office to bringing justice for the young victims.
The prosecution has Assistant District Attorney Melissa Grier leading the effort, with Detective Ryan McGuinness conducting the investigation. St. Juste is currently represented by Scottie Celestin, Esq. and could face up to seven years in prison on the top count if convicted. The next court appearance is set for March 25, 2026. Local law enforcement is reaching out to the public, urging anyone with information related to St. Juste or the Snapchat handle "k3mnyy" to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS to aid in the ongoing investigation.
