According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, which cited the Nevada Highway Patrol, the wreck occurred at about 6:25 p.m. on northbound U.S. 95 at the Snow Mountain exit and involved a single passenger sedan. All northbound travel lanes were shut down, and traffic was diverted off and then back onto the highway using the Snow Mountain ramps so drivers could bypass the crash scene.
