Several people were taken into custody on outstanding warrants, while others were arrested after local investigations into property crimes and drug activity around town.
What Happens Next In Court
An arrest is an allegation, and all criminal charges must be proved in court; the people charged are presumed innocent unless and until they are convicted. For more background on the department and how it shares public-safety updates with residents, visit the Town of Apex website.
