Tokyo theatrics and Los Angeles ramen are muscling into the Las Vegas Strip. BLVD, the three-level dining and retail complex just off the main drag, is lining up two Japanese restaurant concepts and an outpost of a buzzed-about Tokyo cocktail bar, a combo that developers hope will turn the property into more than a quick tourist stop.
New tenants announced at BLVD
As reported by Las Vegas Review-Journal, the BLVD lineup will include Tonshou, a multi-level concept that will house an outpost of Tokyo’s Bar Centifolia, along with a Strip location of Silverlake Ramen among the incoming restaurants. The Review-Journal notes a projected opening window of late summer 2026 for Tonshou, and late 2026 or early 2027 for Silverlake Ramen, and it also points out that How Ya Dough'n was the first restaurant to open at BLVD.
Silverlake Ramen’s Strip plan
Silverlake Ramen’s official location page lists BLVD Las Vegas among its upcoming openings, signaling the chain's intent to bring its casual ramen bowls directly to the tourist corridor. The Los Angeles-born group already operates dozens of storefronts in multiple states, and its BLVD listing represents a higher-visibility slot than its earlier local outposts. For menu reveals and a locked-in opening date, the brand's location page is where updates will land first.
Bar Centifolia brings Tokyo theatrics
Bar Centifolia, helmed by bartender-owner Yuzo Komai, has built a Tokyo reputation on performance-style mixology that turns cocktails into mini stage shows, with katana-carved ice and fire and liquid nitrogen effects as part of the spectacle. Tokyo Weekender has highlighted the bar's flair, and BLVD’s announcement says a Centifolia-driven program will be integrated into Tonshou’s bar offering. The setup gives BLVD a direct link to Tokyo's cocktail scene rather than a stateside imitation of it.
What it means for the Strip
The tenant mix fits into a broader Strip strategy of importing recognizable names and experiential dining anchors that appeal to both visitors and locals. The Las Vegas Review-Journal has tracked similar international tie-ins, from Tokyo-influenced cocktail rooms to chef-driven outposts, as properties look to widen the scene beyond traditional casino dining options.
When to expect openings
BLVD’s rollout has already started, with Florida-based How Ya Dough’n debuting a rooftop pizzeria at the complex earlier this year, according to PizzaMarketplace. The latest tenant news points to a steady cadence of openings running through 2026 and into 2027. Operators say firm dates will be posted as construction and permitting wrap up, so fans will want to watch the brands' official pages for reservation details.
