A 30-year-old man was shot in both legs on 57th Avenue in Corona on Feb. 21, and police say they are now turning to the public to help hunt down the suspects who took off in a white van.

The shooting happened around 3:45 p.m. near 96-21 57th Ave., according to police. The victim was taken to One Brooklyn Health - Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, where he was listed in stable condition, amNewYork reported.

As amNewYork noted, the NYPD on March 13 released surveillance images of three people of interest and the getaway vehicle, hoping fresh visuals might jog memories nearly three weeks after the attack. Investigators are asking anyone who recognizes the individuals or the van to come forward.

Police say the suspects fled southbound on the Cross Island Parkway in a white Econoline-style van. The vehicle was described as having a ladder rack on the roof, a black tarp covering the front right panel, and latch locks on the rear doors. The department shared stills of the van and the suspects on its tips account on X, @nypdtips.
