DalMoros Fresh Pasta To Go is trading up to a larger downtown St. Petersburg storefront at 204 1st Ave N and is aiming for an opening right around May 1. The family-run fast-casual chain says the new space will come with more seating, a refreshed look and an expanded menu, all while hanging on to the customer favorites that helped build its following. Just steps from Jannus Live, the move is clearly designed to reel in concert crowds and late-night foot traffic.
Chandler Caruso, one of the U.S. operators, told What Now, "we're looking toward a May 1 launch, give or take a day, we're getting everything set up." According to What Now, the relocation will also roll out a new logo and several menu additions, including fresh sauces and Italian panini that the owners are keeping under wraps for now.
Per the DalMoros website, the St. Petersburg page currently lists the downtown shop as "MOVING TO NEW LOCATION 6 COMING SOON!" at 204 1st Ave N and includes local hours and a contact number. The brand's online menu highlights staples such as Pesto & Parmesan, Napoletana & Polpettes and an Italian polpette panino, all of which are expected to stick around alongside the new offerings.
New Look, New Menu
Owners say the rebrand will bring in updated signage and fresh interior finishes while keeping the same fast-casual, family-friendly vibe that regulars know. A partner on the project told What Now that the team has been listening closely to customer feedback and is planning new recipes without sacrificing the long-running favorites. With a larger footprint to play with, the group expects to boost output and add seating without slowing down service.
From Central Avenue To First Avenue
DalMoros first planted its U.S. flag in downtown St. Pete in 2021 on Central Avenue, bringing in a window-side pasta machine and quick, made-from-scratch sauces that helped it build a loyal local crowd. As reported by Tampa Bay 28, that Central Avenue shop anchored the brand's early downtown presence while the operators now experiment with slightly larger, more seating-focused locations.
Expect new signage and menu items to roll out as the build-out wraps up. Owners suggest keeping an eye on DalMoros' channels for opening-day details and any last-minute timing tweaks. According to the DalMoros website, downtown hours will continue to include late-night service on Fridays and Saturdays to catch concertgoers heading out of Jannus Live.
