
A 19-year-old man was slashed in the face and robbed of a bag of fried chicken in an afternoon attack in Marine Park, Brooklyn, police said. The assault happened around 3:35 p.m. on April 14, when an unidentified person walked up to the teen and cut him with a scalpel. After slashing the victim, the suspect grabbed the bag of fried chicken and ran away on foot. The teen was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.

Detectives are now hunting for the attacker who slashed the 19-year-old and forcibly took his food, according to News 12 Bronx. The outlet reports the suspect took off running southbound on Ryder Street after the attack and has not been arrested.
