
A quiet stretch of Jacksonville's Westside turned into a crime scene Thursday morning when three people were found stabbed to death in two neighboring homes on Exodus Way, according to authorities.
Officers were called to the 1400 block of Exodus Way after a man, bleeding from an apparent stab wound, ran to a neighbor's house for help. He was rushed to a nearby hospital and later pronounced dead. When detectives checked a nearby residence, they discovered two more victims, a man and a woman, who had also been fatally stabbed.
What Investigators Found
As reported by First Coast News, deputies first encountered the man who had fled to a neighbor's home with a stab wound. After he was transported to the hospital and died, investigators searched nearby and found two additional stabbing victims inside a house close by. Officials say all three victims knew one another.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office has homicide and crime scene detectives working the case and is describing the incident as an isolated domestic matter. At this point, investigators have not released any suspect information.
