Bridge Park’s brunch game is getting a serious upgrade. HangOverEasy is rolling out its biggest location to date in Dublin’s fast-growing district, with doors set to open at 7 a.m. on Saturday, May 2. The new spot brings a large indoor dining room, an outdoor patio and a dedicated coffee bar to a neighborhood that has clearly decided breakfast is a team sport.

According to The Columbus Dispatch, the Bridge Park restaurant at 6757 Longshore Street will open at 7 a.m. on May 2. The paper notes that the menu will feature mimosas, Bloody Marys, juice- and coffee-based cocktails, beer, milkshakes, malts, dirty sodas and comfort-heavy brunch standards such as chicken and waffles, breakfast burritos and the Walk of Shame sandwich.

Bigger Footprint, Coffee Bar and Patio

As detailed in Bridge Park’s announcement, the Dublin restaurant clocks in at roughly 5,500 square feet and seats about 116 guests. The buildout includes a full-service bar and an outdoor patio, positioning the space for both early-morning regulars and lingering weekend brunchers.

The developer also highlights a dedicated coffee bar inside the restaurant, serving drip and specialty coffee alongside house-made pastries. The setup is designed to serve grab-and-go customers as well as people who want to sit, work or socialize for a while.

Menu, Hours and a Few Exclusives

HangOverEasy is not just copy-pasting its existing menu. The Dublin outpost will introduce a few items that are exclusive to this location, including a rise & ramen bowl, a Korean chicken sandwich and lox, according to The Columbus Dispatch.

For day-to-day operations, the Dublin restaurant is listed on HangOverEasy’s locations page as opening at 7 a.m. on weekdays and running through mid-afternoon. The chain advises customers to check its site for the latest information on special hours or any opening-day adjustments.

What It Means for Bridge Park

“HangOverEasy is a fantastic addition to Bridge Park’s dining scene,” Brent Crawford, founder and principal at Crawford Hoying, said in the development’s announcement. Local leaders have been working to build out more daytime dining in the district, and landing a large breakfast and brunch operator fits neatly into that plan, the announcement notes.

The new restaurant marks HangOverEasy’s seventh location overall and its third in central Ohio, joining existing spots in the University District and Olde Towne East, according to the brand’s HangOverEasy locations page.

The timing is no accident. The debut coincides with the return of The Dublin Market at Bridge Park on May 2, which runs Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon. That should make for a crowded opening weekend, as brunch fans and market regulars converge on the same few blocks. Market details are available at The Dublin Market.
