
A man in his 40s was killed early Wednesday after being stabbed multiple times on Fulton Street in Cypress Hills, turning a quiet overnight stretch of the Brooklyn corridor into an active crime scene just before dawn. The attack happened shortly before 1 a.m. in front of a building on Fulton Street, and EMS took the victim to Brookdale Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Police have opened an investigation into the fatal assault.
Officers were called to 2788 Fulton St. just before 1 a.m. and found the man with stab wounds to his chest and back, according to News12 | Brooklyn. The outlet reported there were no arrests as of its initial coverage and that detectives were canvassing the area for witnesses and surveillance video.
