A St. Cloud home that had neighbors dialing 911 for months finally saw the cavalry roll up Thursday morning, when police raided the property on the 800 block of W New Nolte Road and arrested 11 people, according to city officials.

Officers executed a search warrant at the so-called nuisance house, seizing narcotics and more than 60 pieces of evidence. Among the haul: roughly 28 grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia that later tested positive for meth and fentanyl, according to a police release cited by WESH. The property, which had generated more than 40 calls for service in 2025 alone, was condemned shortly after the raid by city code and building officials.

Osceola County Animal Services removed eight dogs from the home and is now caring for them, authorities said.

City Condemns Home After Long List Of Complaints

Following the search, St. Cloud's code compliance and building departments moved to condemn the house, citing unsafe and nuisance conditions. The city's Code Compliance office is responsible for public nuisance and unsafe-occupancy cases and can pursue condemnation and special-magistrate hearings when properties fail to meet minimum standards, as outlined by the City of St. Cloud Code Compliance.
