What prosecutors describe as a yearslong turf war in central Queens spilled into Queens Supreme Court on Thursday, as 22 alleged members of a local crew known as Blitz Gang 4 were arraigned on conspiracy and attempted murder charges. The sprawling case is tied to 11 shootings and a Dec. 11, 2025 incident outside the Queens Criminal Courthouse that prosecutors say terrorized central Queens and left three people injured, including one reportedly left paralyzed. Court pews were packed with family members while justices worked through what prosecutors called an interconnected street feud stretching across Hollis and nearby neighborhoods.
Many of the defendants were minors when the alleged crimes took place, and they collectively face more than 90 counts, prosecutors told the court. Justices Bruna DiBiase and Kenneth Holder presided over the arraignments, and an assistant district attorney said investigators have compiled more than 1,000 pages of discovery. As reported by the Queens Daily Eagle, the Queens district attorney’s office declined to comment on the case.
Part of a wider crackdown
The arraignments come amid a series of DA-led operations targeting crews that authorities blame for surges in gun violence in Queens. A Queens District Attorney press release on Nov. 20, 2025 lays out a 97-count indictment against 32 alleged members of the Bad-Co Ballout crew, and a Sept. 4, 2025 announcement from the Queens District Attorney details charges against 12 alleged members of the Floss Money Ballers tied to a related feud. Prosecutors and NYPD investigators have credited coordinated surveillance, ballistics analysis and targeted policing with helping them build those earlier cases.
Alleged courthouse attack and Hollis shooting
Prosecutors told the court that one of the incidents in the Blitz Gang 4 case occurred on Dec. 11, 2025, when several alleged crew members allegedly jumped, kicked and stabbed a perceived rival as he left the Queens Criminal Courthouse in Kew Gardens. Surveillance video also reportedly captured muzzle flashes during a May shooting in Hollis, where police recovered more than a dozen shell casings, and prosecutors said two victims later recovered while a third was left paralyzed. The Queens Daily Eagle reported that Cameron Robinson is accused of driving co-defendants to and from the courthouse for the planned attack, and city building information on NYC.gov lists the Queens Criminal Courthouse at 125-01 Queens Blvd.
Legal stakes and next steps
Because several defendants were youths at the time of the alleged crimes, prosecutors told the court that some cases could be transferred to Family Court while others will remain in Supreme Court. Defense attorneys requested time to review the extensive discovery, and judges set future dates for case conferences. Given the number of defendants, the scope of the charges and the volume of evidence, prosecutors and defense lawyers signaled that the case will move through the courts over multiple hearings.
