An Arlington neighborhood spent part of yesterday on lockdown after a woman allegedly threatened people inside a home in the 300 block of Orange Street with a rifle. A 911 caller who said they knew the woman reported the situation to police, who moved in quickly, contained the area, and began negotiating by phone. Officers later said no one was hurt.
