Carrollton is about to get a serious sugar rush. Canada’s D‑Spot Dessert Café is heading to 3432 E. Hebron Pkwy., Ste. 100, bringing its signature over-the-top waffles, towering milkshakes and hybrid crepes to the Hebron Parkway plaza. The Canadian brand is known for dessert plates that look built for social media, plus a full savory lineup that runs from skillet cookies to shaved-brisket paninis. This Carrollton shop will be D‑Spot’s first U.S. outpost and will add a late-night dessert option to the neighborhood.
As reported by CultureMap Dallas, the cafe is set to open on Saturday, July 11. D‑Spot launched in 2014 and has grown to more than 55 locations across Canada. Now it is franchising south, with the Dallas-area cafe operated by Abdul R. Khan and Faizan Mirza. The outlet also notes that the company is eyeing additional U.S. locations after the Dallas debut.
What They'll Serve
The menu leans into playful, maximalist desserts alongside everyday comfort food. QSR Magazine reports that guests can expect Belgian waffles, signature crepes, milk cakes, croffles and skillet cookies, along with savory dishes and towering shakes with names like Choco Loco Bueno and Liquid Gold.
Hours, Parking And Ordering
According to the company’s Dallas page, the Carrollton cafe lists hours as Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m., along with its street address and a local phone number. The site also highlights free on-site parking for guests. For those who prefer dessert delivery, the location is already showing up on platforms such as DoorDash, with delivery options rolling out in the coming days.
Franchisee Abdul R. Khan called the opening an important milestone for our team and said the partners are eager to introduce D‑Spot’s hospitality to Dallas, according to CultureMap Dallas. The same report quotes CEO Kaan Sayiner describing the Carrollton location as a significant step in the brand’s U.S. expansion and noting plans for additional units beyond Texas. CultureMap also notes that the grand-opening celebration on Saturday will feature BOGO deals, giveaways and family activities.
For Carrollton, that means a new late-night dessert hangout built to be as shareable on social feeds as it is indulgent on a plate. If the early buzz holds, expect crowds on opening weekend and a steady stream of waffle-fueled photo ops long after the doors first open.
