Dallas Fort Worth International Airport is getting a splashy new hideout for points hoarders and road warriors. Chase is set to open its latest Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club in Terminal D near Gate D25 tomorrow, an 18,000-square-foot, split-level space that will run daily from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Eligible Chase cardholders get in free under the bank’s lounge rules and can bring guests, and once inside they will find a dedicated whiskey room, reservable relaxation pods, speedy spa services and a Texas-forward food program.
Big opening with Texas flair
Fast Company reports that the lounge’s debut tomorrow will add one of the largest spaces in the Chase network, clocking in at roughly 18,000 square feet and anchored by the brand’s first stand-alone whiskey lounge. Chase executive Dana Pouwels described DFW as “a very important market” for the bank and said the company is testing local-first programming at the new spot, including Peloton-guided stretches and meditations for guests who want to loosen up before or after a flight.
Inside the lounge
The food and drink lineup leans heavily local. Chef-driven dishes come from Dallas–Fort Worth restaurant Encina, paired with coffee from Fort Worth roaster Cherry Coffee, with menu items such as blue corn butterscotch pancakes and a slab bacon plate served with cheddar grits, according to Community Impact. Community Impact also notes that the lounge will keep 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily hours and will feature 30-minute bookable relaxation pods plus express Face Haus spa treatments. Travelers can expect family seating zones, a full-service bar, and guided whiskey tastings in the specialty whiskey room.
Who gets in
According to the Chase Lounge FAQ, access is available to primary cardmembers of Chase Sapphire Reserve, Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business, J.P. Morgan Reserve, and The Ritz-Carlton Credit Card. Those cardholders can bring up to two guests at no extra charge under current rules. Chase’s lounge pages state that additional guests are permitted for a fee of $27 each and that children 2 years old and younger are admitted free. At check-in, guests are instructed to show their Priority Pass digital membership along with an eligible departing boarding pass. The bank’s lounge information page carries the fine print on reservations and entry requirements for anyone who wants the specifics.
Where it fits in Terminal D
DFW’s summer newsletter lists a Chase Sapphire Lounge at D25 in Terminal D as part of the airport’s premium space lineup, which confirms the new lounge’s spot inside the international concourse. That mention sits alongside construction and design details from general contractor H. J. Russell & Company, which shows the project in its portfolio as a 2026 delivery at roughly 16,515 square feet. The discrepancy is a reminder that construction measurements and public-facing square-foot claims do not always match up perfectly, no matter how you count it. What is clear is that the new Sapphire lounge lands in the same concourse as other branded lounges and adds one more premium option for Terminal D travelers.
What travelers should expect
Once the doors open, early crowds are likely, so frequent fliers may want to check the Chase Mobile app or the lounge listing for reservation details and real-time access updates before heading over. With Amex Centurion and Capital One lounges already operating in Terminal D, One Mile at a Time points out that the Chase space gives DFW regulars another issuer-branded choice under the same roof. Anyone banking on lounge time should double-check that their card is eligible and that they understand the guest policy in advance, which is a lot easier than arguing about access at the front desk while your boarding group is being called.
