Soda Club, the intimate East Village pasta and natural wine bar that has turned into a New York date-night staple, is officially heading for Denver. The popular concept is slated to bring handmade pastas, Roman-style pinsa and a natural wine program to RiNo when it opens a second location inside The Ramble Hotel. The company says the Denver outpost is scheduled to debut in September 2026, giving local diners plenty of time to clear space on their calendars for more carbs and cabernet.
Soda Club Confirms Denver Debut
The Denver plans are locked in on the restaurant’s own website. According to Soda Club, the new location will open in September 2026 in The Ramble Hotel in RiNo. The team has already started collecting names for an opening list and says it will share early reservation access and sneak previews with those who sign up, a move that suggests opening week will not be quiet.
What The Menu Will Look Like
Executive Chef Amira Gharib, who helped launch the original Soda Club in New York, will oversee a menu built around fresh handmade pastas and long-fermented Roman-style pinsa, supported by a natural wine list and cocktails inspired by Italian classics. The New York venue also hosts pasta-making classes, a signature program the brand highlights as part of its identity, according to WhatNow. Denver fans of hands-on dining experiences can reasonably expect the same flour-dusted energy to be part of the package.
A Michelin-Recognized Concept
Soda Club’s East Village original brings serious credentials with it. The restaurant is listed in the Michelin Guide with a Bib Gourmand for good-value, high-quality cooking, giving the Denver expansion an extra layer of culinary credibility. The guide’s write-up emphasizes Soda Club’s house-made pastas and natural wines, and the Denver team says those core elements will carry straight over to RiNo.
Local Team, Local Roots
To ground the project in Denver’s own dining scene, Soda Club has tapped chef Jon Robbins as chef de cuisine. Robbins is closing his long-running Park Hill restaurant, Bistro Barbès, ahead of the move. Westword reports that Robbins will lead the kitchen for Soda Club’s Denver opening, giving the East Village import a local culinary anchor as it settles into RiNo.
