Citi Field’s parking lot was recently transformed into a dream landscape for the 2016 Electric Daisy Carnival. The two-day event brought together “kindred spirits” who share a passion for music and art. Aside from the huge stages, which decorated the lot, EDC was filled with neon lights and carnival rides and “LED-infused flora and fauna.”
Each part of the venue was inspired by a specific element, such as fire or water. The interactive art installations — from the “fire-breathing metal creatures” to 3D wooden superstructures” — all reflected this.
All together, these elements created an otherworldly experience, inspired by the fusion of technology and nature.
