
I used to pass by this “Mini Library” every day. It sits outside the Brooklyn Roasting Company in Dumbo.

It always holds the weirdest and most random collection of books, but I’ve grown rather fond of the “library” over the years. On numerous occasions, it has saved me from a long, book-less commute home.


I also love the anonymous exchange that takes place between the people who do utilize it. It really gives new meaning to the age-old saying that one man’s trash is another man’s treasure.
