
A new Korean spot has opened for business in the neighborhood. The fresh arrival to Wilshire Center, called Kost.eat, is located at 621 S Western Ave.
Operating on the first floor of Madang Plaza since July 7th, the newest addition to K-Town is serving up classic street food.
The menu consists of traditional items you would find in Korea, such as tornado fries with onions and beef ($3.99), Korean-style pancakes that come in three different flavors ($2.99-$3.99), Crazy K Satay ($3.99) and more.
With a 3.5-star rating out of seven reviews on Yelp so far, the newcomer is getting solid feedback from clientele.
Cha D., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on July 15th, said: "It's a new place that just opened..all the street snacks I ate every time I visited myeongdong... Try their different ice cream..its really good."
Yelper Lila H. added: “Located on 1st floor of madang plaza and across Paris Baguette. The beef baguette was pretty savory and good tasted like a Korean Philly cheesesteak wo the cheese."
Listed at one dollar sign on Yelp, you can expect to spend less than $10 per person on a visit to Kost.eat.
