Looking for a casual place to grab a bite to eat, with a menu that still resembles fine dining? New restaurant Plate & Petal has recently opened at 216 N Orange St. in Glendale.
Plate & Petal bills itself as an "upscale, casual restaurant serving California cuisine with an emphasis on locally sourced and sustainable ingredients." The menu offers a little something for everyone, from a steak sandwich with caramelized onions, sliced ribeye, frisee, and whole grain aioli for lunch, or a heaping pile of spaghetti carbonara with crispy pancetta, egg yolk, and cream.
