A new spot to score salad and more has opened its doors in the neighborhood. The newcomer to Century City, called Everytable, is located at 10250 Santa Monica Blvd.
Everytable was born from Groceryships, a non-profit founded by Sam Polk and David Foster, "to bring healthy, affordable food to every table in the country, with no one left out." The Century City location joins other Everytable outposts in Santa Monica, DTLA, Watts, Baldwin Hills and South LA, offering "healthy food in 'food deserts'...at prices competitive with fast food."
The menu features items "inspired by the cultures and flavors of Los Angeles," like salads and grain bowls as well as hot plates.
On the salad menu, look for items like the Green Goddess salad with chicken (shredded chicken breast, mesclun, cucumber, black eyed peas, feta cheese, roasted grapes, grape tomatoes, walnuts, shredded carrot, Green Goddess dressing). On the hot plate side, there's the Jamaican jerk chicken with rice, beans, kale, carrot, plantain, and a spicy jerk BBQ sauce; and tamales de chile rojo with two chicken tamales in a red chile sauce with roasted vegetables. (You can check out the full menu here.)
Everytable has just one review on Yelp, which gives it a five-star rating thus far.
Ryan O., who was the first Yelper to review the new spot on August 28th, said: "Finally a place I can pick up a tasty, quick, healthy lunch for under $10/meal in Century City! I've been struggling with finding filling, and healthy meals at a reasonable price in CC."
Swing on by to take a peek for yourself: Everytable is open Monday–Saturday from 10am–9pm, and Sunday from 11am–7pm.
