A new Japanese, fast food and Asian fusion spot has opened up shop in the neighborhood. The fresh addition to San Pedro, called Teriyaki Table, is located at 1117 N Gaffey St.
This new spot—which has another location in Wilmington—specializes in teriyaki plates, bowls, and burgers, and features a variety of sides and add-ons to customize each order.
On the menu, expect to see plate options like chicken, beef, fish, or shrimp, with Japanese rice, fried gyoza, and a salad on the side. You can add veggies, freshly sliced avocado, or extra meat to each order as well.
Featured teriyaki bowls include the same selection of proteins, including a vegetable bowl, with three different sizes to choose from.
Rounding the menu out are chicken or beef teriyaki burgers, a bacon cheeseburger, and sides like French fries, a green salad, shrimp tempura, and egg rolls.
Teriyaki Table has garnered rave reviews thus far, with a five-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp.
Stephanie A., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on November 15th, said: "Amazing chicken bowls! The food is so fresh and the chicken is juicy and delicious! Very clean and super fast and considering they cook to order."
