Look for a wide range of noodles, including cold, hot, hand-pulled and stir-fried options, along with a variety of skewers. Try menu items like the hot oil pulled noodles, spinach buckwheat noodles with tomatoes and eggs or opt for the barbecue tilapia or cumin lamb kebab. Green, black and boba tea are also available, as are fresh juices and snow ice desserts.

Taste of Xi'an currently holds four stars out of 114 reviews on Yelp, indicating positive reviews.

On May 16, Yelper James V. wrote, "Very good. The flavor is somewhat subdued compared to Xian noodles but is still very delicious. Very modern interior. It's fun to watch the food cooking. Worth the visit."

Next up is Reckless Noodle House, an Asian fusion bar and noodle joint. Chef Kenny Lee's signature dishes are inspired by the cuisines of Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and China.

Lee and the staff of cocktail mixologists attempt to transcend the norm with innovative fare and creative cocktails, the business says on its website.

On the menu, noodle options include the Ma La braised beef cheek noodles with sour mustard greens, Sichuan numbing oil and pickled Fresno peppers, and the coconut curry vermicelli bowl. Try a small plate, such as bò lá lốt ($14), with ribeye steak, herbs, pineapple, cucumber, peanuts, scallion oil and chili lime fish sauce, or go for a full entree like the Five Spice Duck, which includes duck prepared over 36 hours, braised shiitake, baby bok choy and turmeric coconut rice.

Reckless Noodle House has beer, wine, saké, liquor and cocktails available on the extensive drink menu. Try a Reckless cocktail, like The Devil Makes Three ($14), which includes single malt whiskey, Del Principe Amontillado dry sherry, orgeat, Angostura bitters and lemon, or a classic cocktail like Hemingway's Daiquiri ($12), with Flor de Caña white rum, triple sec, Luxardo maraschino, lime and grapefruit.

Then there's Thai Thai Kitchen, a cozy eatery with a bright red exterior that's in the space that formerly housed a Middle Eastern restaurant.

Noodle dishes include the classic pad Thai; pad see ew, a popular street food made with wide noodles and a soy-based sauce; pad woon sen, stir-fried glass noodles with sweet soy sauce, egg, cherry tomatoes, celery, cabbage and carrots. With a 4.5-star Yelp rating out of 72 reviews on Yelp, Thai Thai Kitchen has been getting positive attention.

Yesterday was our first visit and we loved it! The service was fast and very friendly, the place is clean and smells amazing thanks to an open kitchen, and everything was fresh and yummy."
