Fin & Fino is a new cocktail bar and seafood eatery that says it serves "food for those with an explorer's heart," with a menu that draws inspiration from seafaring cultures. 

Lunch menu entrees include poke bowls, smoked salmon flatbread, rice bowls and chicken pasta. For dinner, try the grilled bánh mì with shrimp, Arctic char ceviche or lobster and truffles with celery root brandade and basil shells. Pair your meal with one of dozens of wines. (See full menu here.)

Upscale chain Eddie V's Prime Seafood has opened its newest lounge and restaurant that's part seafood spot, part modernized speakeasy, with live jazz every night. 

On the menu, look for seared oysters wrapped in prosciutto, lemon sole with a Parmesan crust, lobster tails broiled with drawn butter and lemon, and hand-cut steaks like the 12-ounce filet mignon.

The bar features handcrafted cocktails and an extensive wine list.

Eddie V's Prime Seafood's current rating of five stars out of 13 reviews on Yelp indicates positive attention from users.

Yelper Trice B., who reviewed Eddie V's Prime Seafood on May 5, wrote, "The decor is perfect for the area. It's dark and swanky, but still well lit enough to see around. Any date you bring here will be impressed, I know I certainly was."

In the mood for breakfast or brunch? Stop by the Famous Toastery Uptown, a Huntersville-based chain with locations throughout the Southeast.
