Looking for some good vibes and a spot to de-stress? A new boutique wellness studio is here to help. The new arrival to Westlake, called The Six, is located at 1319 Dexter Ave. North.
Founded by Seattle-born and raised entrepreneurs, the couple behind the studio "had a big dream to create a space to elevate wellness to a new level," the company's website explains.
Two invigorating yoga classes are available, each perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Other on-site amenities include cryotherapy, an infrared sauna and a refreshing juice bar featuring an assortment of bowls, smoothies and juices. (You can check out the menu here.)
The Six has garnered rave reviews thus far, with a five-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp.
Andriela G., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on May 3, said, "Great new addition to the Seattle yoga scene. I love hip hop and R&B and this is the type of music that fuels me during my practice. The Six reminds me of the Y7 studios in NY and LA except they offer a lot more with a juice /smoothie bar, cryotherapy and a sauna."
This place is amazing!" added Yelper Haley A. "From right when you walk in the door everyone is friendly and welcoming."
And Team S. said, "I walked in for a breakfast bowl on a Sunday morning. Amazingly vibrant place. Excellent service. If you're up for a healthy and fruity breakfast then that's the place to go. The only place in Seattle where you can have fresh mulberries in your bowl. Delicious, delicious, delicious!"
Swing on by to take a peek for yourself: The SIX is open from 6 a.m.–8 p.m. on Monday-Thursday, 6 a.m.–7 p.m. on Friday, and 9 a.m.–5:30 p.m. on weekends.
