A new brow and microblading studio has made its debut in the neighborhood. Called Arched & Inked, the fresh addition is located at 1316 King St., Suite 2 in Puget.
For the unacquainted, microblading is a form of semi-permanent tattooing for the eyebrow area, intended to fill in gaps in brows with tiny, hairlike strokes that mimic the real deal.
Licensed permanent makeup technician Michelle Phung also offers microshading, a combination of microblading and shading that gives brows a "fuller, more defined 'makeup' look." Both procedures require roughly annual touch-ups.
With a five-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp so far, the fresh arrival is on its way to developing a local fan base.
Michael D., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on June 8, wrote, "Michelle is super professional and amazing at what she does. My girlfriend came in for a free consultation, and Michelle dedicated 30 minutes to informing of what the procedure will consist of and answering any questions that we had. Her studio is nicely organized and everything was clean, she showed us the disposable tools and made sure we were informed of everything."
Yelper Paulina D. added, “In love with my new brows. Michelle did such a great job. Great attention to details. She really takes her time to make sure you are satisfied."
And Thu N. wrote, "I've known Michelle for a few years now and was one of her first clients. I could not have asked for more. She has transformed my brows to not only frame my face, but the ideal shape I desired."
