Crown Hill Broiler
8037 15th Ave. NW, Ballard

Crown Hill Broiler is a bar, offering burgers, sandwiches and more. Previously the Original Pancake House, the owners closed the restaurant earlier this year and reopened with a new name, look and concept, My Ballard reports.
The Crown Hill Broiler features 10 beers on tap and has nine Angus burgers to choose from. Try the bacon burger with garlic aioli and pair it with a Pacifico; or opt for The Porky Burger (8 ounces of pulled pork with homemade coleslaw and barbecue sauce on a ciabatta bun) and wash it down with a pint of Manny's Pale Ale.
Yelp users are excited about Crown Hill Broiler, which currently holds 4.5 stars out of 15 reviews on the site.
Yelper Molly H. wrote, "Great new neighborhood spot! Ken the owner gave us the full low down on the menu and beverages. Tried my first Impossible Burger, so good! And the hand-cut fries were delicious!"

Mr Saigon Banh Mi

Mr Saigon Banh Mi is a Vietnamese spot, offering sandwiches, coffee, tea and more. The casual eatery is across the street from Seattle University and offers a 10 percent discount to students with ID.
Bánh mì sandwiches are Mr Saigon's staple, and the eatery has classic and modern options on its menu. Try the modern bánh mì or the tofu-filled sandwich on a freshly baked baguette. Pair your bánh mì with a Vietnamese iced coffee, bubble tea, imported bottled beer or one of the beers on tap. Buy four sandwiches and get the fifth free.
Mr Saigon Banh Mi's current Yelp rating of 4.5 stars out of 16 reviews indicates positive attention from users.
Yelper Em G., who reviewed the eatery on June 7, wrote, "Being the new kid close to campus, Mr Saigon has got the basics down. They currently have a limited menu, which is great for this modern Vietnamese sub shop."

The Organic Coup
701 Fifth Ave., Central Business District

The Organic Coup is a chicken-focused eatery offering sandwiches, taters, wraps and more. It's the first fast-food chain to be certified organic by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, per King 5 Seattle. The Columbia Center location is the California-based company's only outpost in Seattle.
The chain prides itself on using non-GMO ingredients free of antibiotics, added hormones and pesticides. Look for the signature wrap (organic air-chilled chicken cooked in refined coconut oil with organic veggies wrapped in a multigrain tortilla) or The Coup Breakfast Bowl (scrambled eggs, cheese and tater tots). Açaí bowls, salads and other sandwiches are also on the menu.
The new eatery currently has a 3.5-star rating out of 31 reviews on Yelp.
Yelper Jordan B., who reviewed The Organic Coup on May 31, wrote, "This place is amazing! I love the breakfast burrito with crispy chicken and spicy barbecue, and it's all organic! They list their ingredients right on the package for most items, and nutritional information is on their website."
Yelper Adam Z. wrote, "So fast, so fresh and so tasty! Spicy barbecue ranch is my new favorite. My sandwich was massive, the bun was toasty and delicious."

Even Stevens Sandwiches

Even Stevens Sandwiches offers sandwiches and salads at the chain's first-ever Pacific Northwest location.
The sandwich shop chain, which describes itself as "craft-casual," donates a sandwich to a local nonprofit partner for each sandwich sold, per The Stranger. Menu options range from the sloppy vegetarian jackfruit, to the Do Gouda loaded with steak and cheese.
Yelp users are excited about the new arrival, which currently holds 4.5 stars out of 82 reviews on the site.
Yelper Vivian H., who reviewed Even Stevens Sandwiches on June 8, wrote, "What a beautiful concept, eating to give. Even Stevens donates the ingredients for one sandwich for every sandwich sold."
Yelper Conan S. wrote, "Outstanding Reuben sandwiches. The red lettuce sauerkraut paired nicely with the corned beef, and the bread itself was thin, nicely toasted and golden without being cutting-your-mouth sharp."
