Looking for the best new places to munch on chicken in Seattle? From a Thai restaurant to an organic fast-food chain, here are the newest places to check out the next time you're in the mood for chicken served in a wrap, atop a salad or deep fried.
The Organic Coup
701 Fifth Ave., Downtown

The Organic Coup, a chicken-focused eatery offering sandwiches and more, is the first fast-food chain to be certified organic by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, per King 5 Seattle. The Columbia Center location is the California-based company's only outpost in Seattle.
The chain prides itself on using non-GMO ingredients free of antibiotics, added hormones and pesticides. Look for the signature wrap (organic air-chilled chicken cooked in refined coconut oil with organic veggies wrapped in a multigrain tortilla) or The Coup Breakfast Bowl (scrambled eggs, cheese and tater tots). Açaí bowls, salads and other sandwiches are also on the menu.
The Organic Coup's current Yelp rating of 3.5 stars out of 30 reviews indicates the newcomer is finding its way, but it's still early days.
Yelper Jordan B., who reviewed The Organic Coup on May 31, wrote, "This place is amazing! I love the breakfast burrito with crispy chicken and spicy barbecue, and it's all organic! They list their ingredients right on the package for most items, and nutritional information is on their website."
Yelper Adam Z. wrote, "So fast, so fresh and so tasty! Spicy barbecue ranch is my new favorite. My sandwich was massive, the bun was toasty and delicious. This store was flying today."
The Organic Coup is open from 7 a.m.–4 p.m. on weekdays. (It's closed on weekends.)
Thai Thai Kitchen
9525 Aurora Ave. N, Greenwood

Want your chicken with a little kick? Thai Thai Kitchen offers classic Thai dishes along with fried chicken wings marinated in garlic pepper and Thai spices.
On the menu, look for chicken satay served with homemade peanut sauce and cucumber salad, cashew chicken and potstickers stuffed with fried chicken and veggies. (See the full menu here.)
With a 4.5-star rating out of 78 reviews on Yelp, Thai Thai Kitchen has been getting positive attention.
Yelper Victoria S., who reviewed Thai Thai Kitchen on May 31, wrote, "Really enjoyed this restaurant. Yeah, it's in a sketchy spot, but the owner is friendly and the food is good. Really enjoy the small cozy feel and open kitchen. Simple but inviting."
Mimi N. noted, "As a fan of yummy Thai places, I was excited to see another place pop up in the North End. In comparison to my favorite spots, this place does a decent job with the food, service and pricing."
Thai Thai Kitchen is open from 11 a.m.–9 p.m. on weekdays and noon–9 p.m. on weekends.
Bok a Bok Fried Chicken
1427 10th Ave., Capitol Hill

Bok a Bok Fried Chicken, with another location in White Center, is serving up Korean-style chicken that's been air-dried, hand-dipped and double-fried to order, which the business says "makes for super juicy chicken with an unforgettable crunch."
The new Capitol Hill spot — with only 17 seats — comes courtesy of Brian O'Connor, former chef at Skillet and Roux, Eater reports.
The menu features drumsticks, wings, thighs and chicken breast strips accompanied by one of four sauces (ranch, sesame soy garlic, barbecue and hot sauce). There are also chicken sandwiches, rice bowls and party packs. Sides include kimchi mac and cheese, ginger cabbage slaw, housemade biscuits with honey and more.
Bok a Bok Fried Chicken currently holds four stars out of 78 reviews on Yelp, indicating good reviews.
Yelper Leah F., who was one of the first users to visit Bok a Bok Fried Chicken on May 7, wrote, "Great flavor! The sauce was so delicious and creamy. The chicken is not the traditional fried chicken — it has a light batter almost resembling a tempura crisp."
Patrick C. added, "This place is seriously good, I went here on the recommendation of a friend, and it didn't disappoint. The chicken was fried perfectly and the batter was so crisp and flavorful."
Bok a Bok Fried Chicken is open from 11 a.m.–10 p.m. daily.
