A new fitness studio has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Called Orangetheory, the fresh addition is located at 4755 Fauntleroy Way SW, Suite 130 in Genesee.

This burgeoning national fitness studio chain now has 17 locations in the greater Seattle area, and three more on the way. It's centered around exercisers' heart rates, with each participant wearing a monitor to ensure they're maximizing their workout and burning calories. Each workout session is 60 minutes long, with intervals of cardiovascular and strength training.

Participants can sign up for a plan that includes a limited number of sessions per month, or opt for an unlimited package.

Orangetheory has just one review on Yelp, which gives it a five-star rating thus far.

Chrissy N., who was the first Yelper to review the new spot on June 13, said, "Really great studio with a very responsive studio manager, Hillary! This Orangetheory is brand spankin' new so all the equipment is new, well kept, and clean."
