A new fitness studio offering personal training and cardio classes has made its debut in the neighborhood. Located at 15 Nickerson St. in Queen Anne, the fresh arrival is called MH Fitness.

Short for Muscle and Hustle, MH Fitness aims to help visitors meet and exceed fitness goals in a challenging and supportive atmosphere, per the studio's website.

Personal training sessions come in 45- or 60-minute intervals, with a variety of different exercises and techniques from head trainer Mike Harms. Small group classes are also available.

MH Fitness has garnered rave reviews thus far, with a five-star rating out of six reviews on Yelp.

Jerry W., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on May 26, said, "Mike is very enjoyable to work with. We have been working with him for several weeks, and it is both challenging and satisfying. As a person, Mike is always welcoming, positive and encouraging."
